Jamie serves as the Director of Operations for this incredible team. Backed by an extensive background in service and hospitality from restaurants to professional sports, she thrives on organization, efficient problem-solving, and creating systems that help agents focus on what they do best - serving clients. She believes that at the end of the day we all have the same end goals, so if we can lift each other up throughout the process, we will only become the best versions of ourselves and our businesses.

Originally from beautiful state of Washington, Jamie is passionate about giving back. She currently serves in the board Vice President for Idaho COBS, tackles fundraising for Capital High School baseball, is an assistant coach for the volleyball team, and an active member of the Meridian Chamber. From planning events to connecting with others, her free time is limited but filled with time with her husband, her two dogs, working out, and fueling it all with good coffee. Jamie believes great teams are built with strong systems, big hearts, and a whole lot of fun along the way.
